White Almond
What’s the difference in white almond bark and white chocolate?
…just wondering how the taste might differ. I’m trying to decide which to use for making chocolate-covered pretzels. Lots of the recipes I’ve seen for them call for the almond bark.
The white almond bark is not white chocolate, it is somewhat vanilla flavored, similar to the white chips located with the semi-sweet chocolate in the grocery. The white chips are not chocolate. They will be labeled white chocolate. You can tell for sure if a product is actually white chocolate by looking at the ingredients. White chocolate will have cocoa butter in it.
