Scrub Lotion
What’s the best lotion or scrub for keratosis pillaris?
I’ve gotten perscriptions from the dermatologist, but they never work, so I stopped using them. I need something that works fast. I don’t care how expensive it is. If I don’t notice improvement after a week or two, I usually give up on it. So I just need something good that isn’t going to be another waste of time.
I use Dermalogica and I love it. It’s a higher end line but not unreasonably so.
You need to stick to a good routine. Wash twice at night before you go to sleep and once in the morning. Always tone (to close the pores) and use a moisturizer that isn’t too heavy/light for your skin type.
If you go for a facial it will give you a major head start and your service provider can recommend products that will work best for your lifestyle.
Remember to stick with whatever products you decide on. Often the chemicals need time to build up in our systems before we start seeing results, so stay strong!
