Cream Bath
Have you ever had bath and body works lotion turn liquidy on you?
I have a bottle of warm vanilla sugar body cream from bath and body works, which I’ve had for a few years now. I haven’t actually used it in a while, but tonight I opened it and discovered that rather than being creamy (as one would expect body cream to be) it was liquidy. I think runny might be a better description, actually. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before, and, if so, whether they noticed any irritation to their skin/other problems as a result. Thanks!
im telling you this honestly
our body cream is never suppose to be liquidy
it always has a cream texture
even after a couple of years its shouldn’t be like that
unless you heat it or something (which i don’t know why someone would want to do this.)
if you really want to use this product bad
take it into any bath and body works and they should be able to replace it for you
just enforce that all products come with a 100% statisfaction gurantee.
the company stands by its word,
i would know.

ps and if its runny and you know that that is not its normal consistency then dont use the product or any product for that matter.
